Use Xanthan Gum to:
- Stabilize or thicken almost anything (sauces, gravy, etc)
- Add a creamy texture to smoothies, milkshakes, and pudding
- Help baked goods retain moisture
There's many more uses for Xanthan Gum but this is primarily what we use it for.
Tip: For most things 1/8-1/4 teaspoon will be all you need for your recipe!
